HOPE IN ACTION
“The Hope Collective,” a group of non-profits that have received grant funding from our Hope in Action Anti-Violence Project to provide school-based and community wraparound services in areas where violent crime is an issue. Programming will include services such as diversion/re-entry, youth mentoring, after-school enrichment, and employment assistance.
UJIMA
The National Center on Violence Against Women in the Black Community, addresses the pervasive issues of sexual assault, and domestic and community violence within the Black Community.
RETURNING CITIZENS AFFAIRS DIVISION (RCAD)
The Returning Citizens Affairs Division has been tasked with developing a countywide reentry strategy that aligns government, community, and private sector service providers in sourcing and leveraging resources and partnerships to improve the outcomes of returning citizens in Prince George’s County. The RCAD is also Prince George’s County Government’s principal group communicating the County’s reentry vision, identifying, and developing best practices, and leading the County in meeting its reentry goals.
The Bridge Center at Adam’s House
The Bridge Center at Adam’s House is a one-stop shop that connects returning citizens, young adults (18-25), and Veterans to the support they need for a successful transition into the community.
